MyJoomlaCast.com has free videos on Joomla! The intermediate videos requires a free registration. They speaker goes at a good speed.

You will also find Joomla! 1.5 and Joomla! 1.6 videos on JoomlaTutorials.com. Some of the videos do not have audio narration, but has captions. Others videos (such as in the blog) does have some audio narration.
