A quick summary of the steps...
1. Log into Blogger.
2. Click Layout
3. On the "Page Elements" page, find the footer element and click the link that says "Add a Page Element".
4. On the "Choose a New Page Element" page, find "HTML/Javascript" and click "Add to Blog".
5. Paste your Google Analytics Tracking code and "Save".
