In the default Wordpress theme on the right-hand sidebar, there is a panel known as the "Meta" widget which contains links to the admin login page and the RSS feeds.
If you are the only person needing to go to the Wordpress admin login page, then you do not need this link to be seen by everyone who visits your site. You can simply go to wp-admin directory of where your Wordpress had been installed (such as www.example.com/wp-admin) and login from there. The RSS feeds are good for visitors who want to add your RSS feeds, but if you have a custom theme that has these RSS feed links elsewhere, then you do not need them in the widget.
