Displaying Menubar

The striking difference of Internet Explorer 7.0 (IE7.0) from previous version is the lack of a menu bar. Where is the File menu?

Need not fear. You can bring the menubar back by going to Tools and select Menu Bar...

And if you want to remove the menubar you uncheck the same menu item...

Here is a tip: If you want to just temporarily display the menu bar, just toggle the Alt key on your keyboard.
