Enabling Javascript Prompts in Internet Explorer 7.0One feature of Internet Explorer 7.0 is that it sometime suppresses Javascript prompts. These prompts in website can have legitimate purposes. For example, LearnWebDesignOnline.com uses Javascript prompt for users to supply an access code... But some users does not see this prompt because Internet Explorer has suppressed it. To enable the display of such prompts for a site, follow these steps. 1. Go to Tools -> Internet Options... . 2. Select Security -> Trusted sites. And click Sites.
3. Add the url of the trusted site and uncheck the "Require server verification.
4. This will cause Internet Explorer to trust the url https://learnwebdesignonline.com. However, the site can also be accessed by https://learnwebdesignonline.com Hence we add this additional url to be trusted...
5. Now Javascript prompts will work for the sites listed...
