How to Clean Admin Acitivity Log in ZenCart

Every once in a while you will see this warning about cleaning the admin log when you log into ZenCart Admin control panel.

The log that ZenCart is talking about is the "zen_admin_activity_log" table in the database which keeps track of all the activities performed in the admin control panel.

This warning occurs when about 2 months has elapsed or when log has accumulated a certain number of records (whichever comes first).

To clear this warning, simply press the "reset" button shown above next to the warning. This will delete the entries in the zen_admin_activity_log table of your database. Assuming that you are not analyzing the logs for hacker activities, etc, it is perfectly safe to delete these records.

Alternatively, you can clean the log by going to "Tools -> Store Manager" and click the "Reset" button shown below.

Once this is done, the warning disappears and you get a confirmation of an successful update of the admin activity log...
