Setting Up Blog Profile

1. Go to Dashboard and click Edit Profile.

2. Enter whatever information in the profile that you want to make public to the world. Below is just an except. Just to mention a few things -- you can attach a photograph, an audio clip, or an URL to your website.

3. There is also an section where you can tell the world a little bit about yourself.

4. Remember to click Save Profile when done editing. You will get the following confirmation that your profile is saved.

5. Click View Updated Profile ...

6. It looks good. The only thing is that I wish that the URL in the About Me section did not turn into links. But we can fix that. Click the Edit Your Profile button in the above screen shot.

7. And in the About Me section, add HTML <a> tags as shown...

8. After clicking Save Profile, you see that the URLs are linkable.

9. Also your blogs will now show the About Me section ...

But our blog still does not have an "About" section describing the blog. We will learn to do this in the next lesson.
