1. Check email to see when orders come in. There should be a copy of an order confirmation as well as a PayPal payment notification. Scan through both emails for any customer comments. Details.

2. Log into Admin -> Customers -> Orders. Click Edit to see any customer comments. Details.

3. Click Invoice to see what items to Shipped. Details.
