Here is an example of a standard privacy policy.

About the permissions of the images folder. In order for admin to upload product photo via the admin panel, the images folder must be made 777. However, if you do not plan on uploaded photos any more, you should drop permission to default permission of 644 for files and 755 for folders.

If you do have to leave the images folder at 777, it is best to put an .htaccess file with the line ...

OPTIONS -Indexes -ExecCGI

to prevent script execution on those folders. See item 9 of this security wiki.
